Offices from the Richmond Police District, the Police Rescue vehicle and a fire truck attended an incident on Keen Street around 11:30 this morning.

Lismore App reader Francis said Keen Street was closed between Bernstein and Junction streets during the incident.

Social Media was rife with the usual rumours as the cause of the incident, such as a raid on a drug lab.

Police have said the incident is related to mental health.

Keen Street has reopened to traffic.
